The Limited Warranty given
by CompuZone, Inc. is void and of no effect if: a) the goods are damaged
by accident, improper installation, misuse, abuse, damaged by lightning,
power failure, surges, fire, water or act of nature; b) the product is
altered or improperly repaired by a third party; c) the product has
been subject to tampering; or d) the product is not returned to CompuZone,
Inc. in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
CompuZone, Inc. specifically disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability
or fitness for a particular purpose. CompuZone, Inc. specifically disclaims
any liability to the Buyer for consequential or incidental damages arising
from the sale of defective product. The Buyer's sole remedy for a damaged
or defective product is repair, replacement, exchange or refund at the
sole discretion of CompuZone, Inc. This policy may not be altered by
any agent, employee or other person with out the express written approval
of an authorized officer of CompuZone, Inc. Software reconfiguration
and problems associated with software programs, including but not limited
to computer viruses, are excluded from coverage under the Limited Warranty.
This warranty is given under laws of the State of South Carolina and
shall be construed accordingly.
